We're delighted to announce that we're re-opening and offering all treatments from Tuesday 13th April so book your appointments now:
Here is a reminder of the the requests we are making of our clients to comply with Covid-19 guidance...
Please can you:
Arrive alone for your appointment.
Wait in your car or outside in fresh air if you are early for your appointment. We appreciate your prompt arrival. If you are late, we may have to reschedule.
Wash/ sanitise your hands as soon as you arrive at the salon.
Wear a face mask.
Keep a space of 2 metres between you and anyone else in the salon.
Do not touch or shake hands with anyone else in the salon.
Avoid touching any retail products, Please ask a member of staff for assistance
Pay by card or contactless wherever possible to avoid the exchange of cash.
Please can you reschedule your appointment if:
You have any symptoms of coronavirus (a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste)
You've tested positive for coronavirus.
Someone you live with has symptoms or tested positive.
Someone in your childcare or support bubble has symptoms and you’ve been in close contact with them since their symptoms started or during the 48 hours before they started.
Someone in your childcare or support bubble tested positive and you’ve been in close contact with them since they had the test or in the 48 hours before their test.
You've been told you've been in contact with someone who tested positive – find out what to do if you're told to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace or the NHS COVID-19 app.
you have arrived in England from abroad (not including Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or other parts of the UK).
So that our salon is as safe as possible, you will have a slightly different salon experience than before:
Apart from water, food and beverage service has been suspended.
Magazines will not be on offer for the time being.
Please limit the amount of personal items you bring with you into the salon. Anything brought in will need to be kept with you at all times.
Appointments are spaced out to reduce the number of people present and to allow extra time for cleaning/sanitization.
Sanitizing of personal spaces and hand washing will take place in between clients. As well as more frequent cleaning of high touch common area surfaces.
Staff have been informed and trained on sanitization best practices.
